2. Description of Service
AquaMedia provides custom-branded water bottles for venues (The Vanity Model) and ad-subsidized water bottles for advertisers (The Ad-Subsidized Model). We facilitate the design, production, and distribution of these products.
3. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your logos and brand assets. By submitting them to AquaMedia, you grant us a license to use them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and for our portfolio (unless requested otherwise).
5. Limitation of Liability
AquaMedia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
